An Individual or Joint account allows you to purchase shares directly from the Funds. There are no fees associated with purchases or account maintenance.
These accounts are suitable for investors who:
- Want to purchase shares directly from the fund and to avoid paying brokerage transaction fees on purchases of shares
- Want to invest without the limits typically associated with a retirement or other tax deferred account
- Understand that the account is taxable and are willing to pay yearly capital gains and/or income tax on realized returns
